Transform Prismarion Realm Coloring Pages into Dragon Mosaics.
Transform coloring pages into colorful 3D mosiac art project using scrap craft materials like bits of tissue and construction paper. Kids can build texture, layer colors, and create something completely unique.
What You'll Need
Printed Prismarion coloring page
Glue (school glue or glue stick)
Tissue paper scraps
Construction paper scraps
Glitter glue (optional)
Markers or crayons
Scissors
Step 1: Color the Dragon.
Start by coloring the dragon normally.
Kids can decide what parts they want to leave colored and what parts they want to turn into mosaic sections.
Step 2: Tear or Cut Paper Pieces.
Tear tissue paper or cut construction paper into small shapes.
They don’t have to be perfect — irregular pieces actually look better for a mosaic.
Step 3: Build the Mosaic.
Add glue to small areas and place the paper pieces down one at a time.
Ideas:
Tissue paper scales
Construction paper wings
Layered paper clouds or trees
A textured ground or mountain
Try scrunching the paper for more texture and gluing only a corner for a 3D effect.
Step 4: Add Sparkle.
Use glitter glue for highlights:
Stars
Magic trails
The realm signet
Dragon eyes or smiles
Let everything dry before moving the page.
Imagination Story Prompts
Once the mosaic dragon is finished, talk about the characters. Here are a few story prompts to spark your imagination:
Is this dragon protecting something?
Where would it build its nest?
What is this dragon’s favorite part of the realms?
